Age Requirement:
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old with a major credit card. Renters MUST be at least 21 years old to rent: Convertible, Vans, and SUVs. To rent a 12 or 15 Passenger Van or a Tesla renters must be 25 years or older. We do NOT charge any underage fee for those under 25 years old.
Shuttle:
Upon arrival, please go to the ground transportation and contact us at (844) 408-0400 or (949) 251-0202 for pick up. We are about a mile away and will take 5-7 minutes to arrive. Look for a shuttle saying SNA AUTO RENTAL.
Rules:
Rental Requirements: All renters/drivers will be required, at the time of rental, to supply A valid driver’s license (U.S., Canadian, or international licenses with a valid passport are accepted) Credit card or Debit card (Restrictions may apply)
Mileage:
- Cars 200 free miles per day, 1400 free miles per week
- SUV’S 200 free miles per day, 1400 free miles per Week
- VAN’s 200 free miles per day, 1400 free miles per Week
- Convertible 200 free miles per day, 1400 free miles per Week
- Tesla can only be rented with Credit card with 200 free miles per day, 1400 free miles per Week
Grace period:
A rental day is each 24-hour commencing with the date and time indicated on the rental agreement (contract) at the time of rental. There is a 59-minute grace period for return. Hourly charges may apply after this grace period, which is 1/3 of your daily rate in the contract. After three hours, a full-day charge may apply.
Monthly Rentals:
A month’s rental for a Car Rental Company is 28 days and four weeks.
Payment:
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Prepaid cards, debit cards linked to online banking, and prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
Credit Card: We charge your credit card $300 above the estimated rental fee. The unused amount will be credited back to your account at rental return.
Debit Card: We charge your card $400 above the rental amount. At the return, the unused amount will be reversed.
Cancelation Policy:
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your pickup date. After 72 hours, you will be charged one day of the rental cost.
Insurance:
Rental liability coverage: (RLI) Primary insurance protects you against claims made by the third party for bodily injury and property damage sustained while operating the rental vehicle, up to the required financial responsibility limits of the state where the vehicle is licensed. Do not cover all situations that may arise while operating a rental car.
Loss Damage Waiver: (CDW) Loss Damage Waiver, which, for an additional daily charge, relieves the renter of all financial responsibility for the loss or damage to the rental car as long as the terms of the Rental Agreement use the vehicle.
Equipment:
Child Seat and Booster Seat: In California, state laws require children six years of age or younger than 60 pounds in weight to be in a child restraint device. There is a $10.00 per day fee for child seats. A cleaning fee will be assessed if the seat is returned in a different condition, less normal wear and tear as received. A repair or replacement charge will be applied if the seat is damaged.
GPS: Units are available for rent at $4.99 per day. Please ask for details at the time of rental.
Additional Driver’s:
You can add up to 3 drivers at no cost.
Geographic:
Vehicle must remain in California, Nevada, and Arizona only. The car is not permitted in Mexico under any circumstances.
